Overhaul for a Traveler

Madrid. España.

Built Area: 110m²

Integral reform of a flat of the beginning of the years 70 in Madrid. The project faces to provide the house with spaces adapted to its occupant, but with the ability to change over time to adapt to possible family variations.

The entire interior partition is demolished and a floor to ceiling furniture is used in which the doors are integrated and which serves to store and give character to the spaces. They earn almost 4m ² of surface with respect to the original distribution, much more intricate.

The main material is the oak wood, which extends throughout the house.

All the furniture is designed by ALPHA AIS, including special adaptations such as the low table of the room, which becomes a dining table based on elevating and extending it.
