Commission received to carry technical assistance for the construction of 33 technical buildings that house security installations of several sections of high-speed lines to different areas of Spain, 27 booths for railway signage and 38 booths of Tunnel with strict quality and term criteria.
They are constructions of mixed construction, with a part made in situ and another prefabricated in order to shorten the execution times.
The foundation is made with running shoes and walls of support. The slabs are made of alveolar slab. The structure and enclosure are solved with prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, lightened with Porexpan.
The greatest difficulty in carrying out the work in terms of time and quality is that the executing contractors do not have as a speciality the construction, needing a greater supervision to be able to finish the work correctly.
The milestones are scattered throughout more than 450km making it difficult for the group to be able to respond quickly as technical assistance that does not slow decision making.
In addition the builders were not only one but more than ten companies that tested our skills for relationships in work.
