The proposal to solve the problem of edge in the Port of Vigo by dismantling the current sheds, part of an ambitious functional program that seeks to group in a single building very different and different uses. The building represents the components of the Ría de Vigo, the rippling of the water, the rafts, the lighthouses, the sail, … They constitute in themselves the formal elements of the Ría that here form a multifunctional building that will configure the sea front of Vigo and It emerges with the aspiration to be the symbol of the city.
